Seattle Dragons fans Q&A:

Q: Is the game this Sunday being played?
A: Based on the proclamation issued today by Washington Governor Jay Inslee, the game will take place, as scheduled, on Sunday, March 15 at 4pm PT at CenturyLink Field without fans in the venue. 

Q: How can I follow the game?
A: The game will be broadcast live, as scheduled, on ESPN2. Fans are also encouraged to follow our regularly-updated social channels @xfl, @xfldragons, @xflwildcats 

Q: Will the Dragons or the XFL be hosting any pre-game tailgates or watch parties locally we can attend?
A: No. In accordance with the Governor’s proclamation, we will not be hosting any formal gatherings on-site at CenturyLink Field.  

Q: I bought a ticket to the Dragons’ game on March 15th and March 22nd. What are my options?

Seattle Dragons Season Ticket Members

Q: I am a Dragons’ Season Ticket Member and had tickets to the March 15th and March 22nd game. What are my options?
A: Dragons Season Ticket Members will receive full-value on tickets for any games closed to fans at CenturyLink Field. Members should login to their account manager and choose either a refund or credit toward a Dragons' game during the 2021 XFL season. Members should please do this by Saturday March 14th.

Q: When do I have to decide to choose between a credit or refund for this game?
A: Saturday, March 14th at 5pm PT

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my credit or refund?
A: Credits and refunds will post within 7-10 days and will be paid to the account holder of record only Seattle Dragons Single Game Ticket Holders for 3/15 and 3/22. 30 days process for check refunds

Seattle Dragons Single Game Purchasers

Q: What if I purchased tickets for the March 15th or March 22nd game on Ticketmaster.com?
A: Single game ticket purchases made through Ticketmaster.com for the March 15th game against the Los Angeles Wildcats and March 22nd game against the New York Guardians will be refunded directly by Ticketmaster within 7-10 days

Q: How will I know if I was refunded?
A: Ticketmaster will contact you directly via email

Q: I purchased my tickets in-person at the CenturyLink Field box office. How do I get a refund?
A: Refunds for single game tickets purchased at CenturyLink Field are handled in-person at the stadium box office from 10am-3pm. Visit CenturyLinkField.com for more information. 

Q: I bought tickets for the Seattle Dragons home game on April 11th. What’s the status for this upcoming game?
A: We do not, yet, have information to share about the game on April 11th. The Governor’s proclamation extends out only 30 days.
