Wade Phillips, Head Coach

Phillips was previously at the Los Angeles Rams, where he spent three seasons as the Defensive Coordinator. Over his 40-year career, he has coached at the college and pro-level with Oklahoma State, University of Kansas, the Houston Oilers, New Orleans Saints, Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos, Buffalo Bills, Atlanta Falcons, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Texans and Los Angeles Rams‑including as Head Coach for the Saints, Broncos, Bills, Falcons, Cowboys and Texans.

He has an 83-69 record, a Superbowl (L) and five of his players have won Defensive Player of the Year and two have won Defensive Rookie of the Year.

Phillips attended University of Houston where he played college football, holding the record for career-assisted tackles as a linebacker (228) for 43 years until it was broken in 2011. He returned to his alma mater as a Graduate Assistant and then moved on to Lutcher Stark High School where he served as the Defensive Coordinator until his return to college coaching with Oklahoma State.
