Inside Vipers minicamp: Day 3

PLANT CITY, Fla. -- Saturday, the Vipers had their first regeneration day of OTAs, giving the players an opportunity to rest following the first two days of training.

But that doesn't mean it was an off day.

The coaches and players took part in extensive meetings and walk-thrus, further developing the game plan and making sure everyone is on the same page.

QB Quinton Flowers told us about the importance of these meetings.

"You have to get the mental reps and make sure you're staying sharp and staying on point."

The team could definitely use the rest after two solid days of training. If you want a glimpse into the work these guys have been doing in the weight room, look no further than the video below.

Football hasn't been the sole focus for the Vipers.

Head Coach Marc Trestman has made it clear that he is equally focused on building the culture around this team.

His philosophy is proudly on display at the team's facility in Plant City. Step into the locker room and the first thing you'll see, emblazoned in big green letters on the wall, is the phrase "WIN THE DAY."

Tomorrow, your Vipers will be back in full training mode. Keep it right here for more updates.
