NEED TO KNOW
DRAGONS
The Dragons’ seven touchdowns are a respectable fifth in the league, but turnovers continue to be an issue. Seattle has given the ball away at least once in each game for a total of five on the season, including four interceptions.
One way to keep drives moving is getting the rock to WR Austin Proehl, who’s fifth in the XFL with 168 receiving yards. Three of his 12 receptions have reached the end zone.
Carries have been split among RBs Kenneth Farrow, Trey Williams and Ja’Quan Gardner. Time for one to step up.
BATTLEHAWKS
Offensively, balance remains key for the BattleHawks. RB Matt Jones leads all rushers with 224 yards, and his 55 yards after contact in Week 3 were a league high. QB Jordan Ta’amu, who enjoys perhaps the best protection in the XFL, has accounted for 735 yards and five touchdowns.
Keep an eye on Jones' Week 4 status, though, as a knee injury kept him out of Wednesday practice. Christine Michael could be in for a bigger workload if Jones were limited or absent.
The Dome crowd should be rocking once again, especially for a ‘D’ that’s allowed a league-low five touchdowns. DE Andrew Ankrah is tied for the XFL lead with two sacks, and S Will Hill is third overall with 17 tackles.
