Here's a chart done by Champion Data, XFL's stat providers and trackers, revealing Quarterback Ratings by half (minimum 20 attempts in both the first and second half this season):

In the clear Tier 1 are three QBs with at least 104.5 overall: the Los Angeles Wildcats' Josh Johnson, the St. Louis BattleHawks' Jordan Ta'amu, and the Houston Roughnecks' P.J. Walker.
Johnson gets out to the hottest starts on average with the peak first-half figure (122.9, the largest of any split). Ta'amu, meanwhile, occupies the perch for the third and fourth quarters combined (113.2).
The most noticeable difference is that of the Dallas Renegades' Landry Jones, who has been a second-half warrior with the third-highest post-halftime rating (103.6).
