Around the XFL: Training Camp, Day 9
HOUSTON -- Following a Sunday breather that served as a cool-down from Saturday's joint practices, XFL squads returned to work Monday -- and the conditions outside certainly made it feel like a Monday.

XFL players who went to school at LSU and Clemson talked smack ahead of Monday's college football national championship.
Guardians cornerback Terrence Alexander's Bayou-dripping shoes were among the shots fired.
Two trades happened since our last gathering that resulted in four wide receivers changing unis:
- On Sunday, the Wildcats traded Rashad Ross to the Defenders for Tre McBride.
- The second deal, announced Monday, saw the Vipers acquire wideout Stacy Coley from the Renegades for Freddie Martino.
Make it Rain
Houston offered more unrelenting weather, moving some teams indoors and testing others' traction on ran-slicked fields.
